Our next workshop for 2021 will be on Breaking Structure. Some of the topics that will be covered during the workshop include:

  • Understanding the concepts of triangulation, leverage and the 3 rotational centres
  • Effectively applying 3 dimensional wave movement
  • Exploring takedowns using the seat belt and body lock
