Melbourne Systema is proud to present our next systema seminar with Kevin Secours. Kevin Secours is the director of the International Combat Systema Association. A 32-year veteran of the martial arts, he has taught combatives on 5 continents and is renown for his scientific and concise approach to coaching and achieving results with his students. This 2-day event will deal with “Distance, timing and footwork”. We will explore boxing, kicking, clinching and weapons defence to better understand what each range has in common.

Some of the topics covered will include:

• How to maintain safety zones to maximize reaction time
• How to safely disengage or penetrate an aggressor’s space
• The importance of rhythm, timing, displacement and footwork
• Learn to amplify your power and take your self defence skills to the next level.

Due to COVID travel restrictions the seminar will be run via Zoom link from Kevin’s school in Montreal.
